Why this is important
In today's digital world, safeguarding your online accounts is essential. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an extra layer of security, diminishing the risk of unauthorized access and potential data breaches. Implementing MFA is a proactive step toward reinforcing your account's security.
How to activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your account, simply head to the Security section in your User profile. There, you'll find the option to enable MFA with just a few clicks.
Step 1 : Log into your account then go to "Account"
Step 2 : Select "Users" in your settings, and choose the user you wish to activate the MFA for.
Step 3 : Scroll down and go to "Security". In order to activate your 2-Step Verification , click "Turn On".
Registering with Authenticator App
Users can conveniently register on their Authenticator App. All you have to do is scan the QR code using your mobile device.
Afterwards, all you have to do is enter the 6-digit code displayed in your Authenticator App, and your MFA will be set up!
Backup Codes for Added Security
In the eventuality of a lost or unavailable mobile device, don't worry! We've got you covered with 10 available security codes. These serve as a failsafe, granting access to the application even when your primary device is inaccessible. Remember to store these codes securely.
Independence to Customize
With Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), each account user can independently activate or deactivate MFA according to their preferences and needs.
