How to use smart templates
1. Click on the "Brand" option in our app's top right menu. This will take you to the branding settings.
2. Within the branding settings, navigate to the "Smart Templates" tab. This is where you can customize your smart templates.
3. To add more colours and logos, click on Manage brand assets
4. This will take you to BrandRepo where you can manage these assets.
5. Sign in and add your logos or colours.
6. Click on Apply Your Brand to the app.
7. Back in the Smart templates tab, click on the corresponding option and select the logo file you want. This logo will be automatically applied when using the smart logo block in your email campaigns.
- You can also set the logo width in pixels.
8. Next, choose the desired text colours that align with your brand's style and identity. You can select the primary and secondary text colours used in your smart templates.
9. Similarly, set the button colours that complement your brand's colour palette. This ensures that the buttons in your smart templates are visually consistent and in line with your brand's aesthetics.
10. Once you have customized your smart templates, you can create a new campaign. During the campaign creation process, make sure to enable the "Activate Smart branding" option. This will automatically apply your smart templates to the campaign, providing a cohesive and branded look.
11. You can quickly generate a new email by choosing Smart Templates from the menu and selecting your desired email. This email will automatically showcase your brand. Feel free to modify the text according to your needs!
