Although this experience only lasts a few minutes (for most), it can be concerning when you see your mailing is not being sent. Rest assured there is a very good reason for this.
If our security system finds something in your mailing that it’s not sure of, it will escalate automatically for further review with our compliance team.

You are seeing this because your mailing required a closer look before it could be sent.
How does it work?
Our system is built to protect the reputation of our network and allow our users to reach the Inbox. If your account does not regularly meet the basic stats below, your account will have a higher likelihood of mailing(s) being held “Under Review” :
- Open rate of 15% or higher
- Hard bounce rate that never exceeds 5%
- Spam rate of no more than 0.1%
- Unsubscribe rate of no more than 1%
Tip: Avoid sending image-only campaigns. Make sure your content is a balanced mix of image and text. Make sure your From domain is authenticated and you meet the base level stats shown above.
